Secret Bookcase Door
This unfinished bookcase door was featured on TheChive.com in an article on secret hideaways. Not much information is given, but you cane see the classic swing-out style. The vertical trim on the right is stationary on the wall, and the vertical trim on the left comes out with the door. Some crown trim across the top ties the frame together. It takes some work to get your hinge’s pivot point in the right spot with this style, but they’re worth it if done right.
